Course Description

This course provides an overview of the key concepts and tools necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of HSE management systems and identify gaps that need to be addressed. Participants will learn how to develop an HSE performance evaluation plan, use appropriate data collection and analysis techniques, and use the results of the evaluation to identify areas for improvement. The course will also cover the importance of integrating HSE performance evaluation with other management systems, such as quality and environmental management systems.
