Course Description

The course recognizes that HSE professionals come many different backgrounds but with a common challenge of ‘effecting change’ to improve HSE performance. This Course is led by an experienced professional management coach and develops participant’s awareness and knowledge of corporate strategy, organizational change, leadership, personal effectiveness, emotional intelligence, neuro-linguistic programming, quality, customer care, communication, project management and team awareness.
